We care about protecting children’s privacy. This notice explains how this website follows the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.
What we collect from children
Nothing. Children can watch previews, meet the characters, and play with the interactive family lineup without giving us any personal information. There are no accounts, chats, comments or uploads on this site.
Parent sign-ups
The email sign-up is for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. It asks only for an email address and is labeled for adults. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will delete it promptly.
No ads or tracking for kids
We do not show behavioral advertising, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies on this site.
Third-party platforms
Our videos also appear on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and TheBlackTube. Those platforms have their own age rules and privacy practices. We encourage parents to supervise use and review each platform’s settings.
Parents’ rights
A parent or guardian may ask to review or delete any information we may hold about their child, and may refuse further collection. Contact us at a direct message to @withstanderskids on any of our official channels and we will respond promptly.
