Accessibility Statement

We want every family to enjoy Withstanders. We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we’ve built in

• Motion control. Animations follow your device’s reduced-motion setting, and the “Motion” button in the menu and footer turns them off at any time.
• Sound is off by default. Sound effects play only after you turn them on.
• Keyboard friendly. Every control works with a keyboard. In the family lineup, use the arrow keys to choose a character and Enter to play.
• Screen readers. Images have text alternatives, and character speech bubbles are announced.
• Readable design. Text meets contrast guidelines and the layout adapts to phones, tablets and zoom up to 200%.

Known limitations

Story preview videos will include captions when they are published. Some decorative animation is purely visual and has no audio description.
